Our routes start very early in the morning. Because of this, we ask that you always set your container(s) at curbside the night before your scheduled service day. All totes must be placed AT THE CURB by 6:00 AM day of pick up.
Please place container(s) at the curb with lid opening facing the street.
Trash Panda Refuse is open Monday-Friday with the exception of several Holidays which includes: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Please check Holiday Schedule for your alternate pick up day if the holiday falls on your regularly scheduled service day.
There will be times where the weather makes it difficult or nearly impossible for our drivers to navigate roadways to carry out our collection duties in a safe manner. Some examples of this weather would be snow storms, icy roads, severe thunderstorms, or tornadoes.
When these events occur and you notice that your trash has not been picked up on your scheduled day, please leave the container(s) at the curb and we will get it picked up as soon as conditions permit (usually the following day). We will get you taken care of as soon as possible.
